| The process of design begins with a set of design plans for the project. The truss designer uses sophisticated software to create a unique truss plan for each job. The grade and species of lumber, exact size and shape, and specific truss plates to be used are all taken into consideration. Trusses come in many standard forms for a variety of applications. Gable-End, Girder, Valley, and Hip Truss systems are most commonly used. Similar to other engineered components, trusses are delivered to your job site when the builder is ready to install them. |
